1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on digital downloads.
2. Incorrect or Defective Files
If you receive a corrupted or defective file, please contact us immediately at marvella@marvellamoon.com with your order details. We will do our best to resolve the issue, whether by providing a new file or assisting you with troubleshooting.
3. Order Issues or Concerns

4. Exchanges
As digital products cannot be returned, we do not offer exchanges. However, if you’ve purchased the wrong product or encounter any issues with the product you’ve purchased, please let us know, and we will do our best to resolve it in a fair and timely manner.
