Marvella Moon Clipart Licensing Agreement

This Licensing Agreement explains how you may use any digital artwork purchased from Marvella Moon. By downloading or using our clipart, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Overview – Unlimited Commercial Use License

All clipart and digital design bundles purchased from Marvella Moon include an Unlimited Commercial Use License for small to medium-scale projects. This means:

  • You can create and sell unlimited physical or digital end products using our designs.
  • No extra license fees or renewals are required for standard commercial use.
  • You can use our clipart for personal, commercial, or client projects.

Our mission is to make your creative process easier, faster, and more profitable — without restrictive limits.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use Marvella Moon clipart to create:

  • Printed products such as stationery, stickers, apparel, mugs, tote bags, wall art, packaging, and labels.
  • Digital products such as invitations, planners, scrapbooking kits, and templates.
  • Branding materials such as logos, social media posts, and marketing graphics.
  • Personal projects, gifts, and client work.

Note: Files must be incorporated into a new design where the original clipart cannot be easily extracted.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Resell, share, gift, or redistribute the original clipart files in any form.
  • Offer the clipart “as is” — either free or for sale — including as part of another clipart set.
  • Upload our artwork to Print-On-Demand (POD) platforms like Redbubble, Society6, Zazzle, or Merch by Amazon without prior written permission.
  • Use our designs in a way that is defamatory, offensive, or violates any laws.

4. Large-Scale Manufacturing

For large-scale manufacturing (over 5,000 physical units) or mass-market product distribution, you must contact us for an Extended Commercial License.

5. Ownership & Copyright

All designs remain the intellectual property of Marvella Moon. Purchasing a license grants you usage rights under the terms above, but does not transfer copyright ownership.
